Micha Choi

CFA, CFP

Micha Choi is a Client Portfolio Manager for Guardian Capital Advisors LP (GCA) managing portfolios for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, and private foundations and endowments while leading efforts to expand GCA’s private client business. Her career began in 2007 with CI Investments before moving to Burgundy Asset Management managing institutional and private client portfolios; in 2020 she joined GCA. As Micha’s career progressed, she developed a passion for advocating for educating women investors – this culminated in 2021, with Micha co-founding Guardian Women™, a successful and growing initiative focused on harnessing financial awareness, using innovative pathways to encourage understanding.

Micha is a graduate of the University of British Columbia where she earned a BA degree in Economics. She holds the CFA^® and CFP^® designations. Micha is a member of the Waterloo Chapter of the International Women’s Forum of Canada (IWFC), an affiliate of IWF, a distinguished global community of women leaders.
