Riley Guenther

Riley Guenther joined GCA in 2022 as a Portfolio Administrator based in the Calgary office. Promoted to Portfolio Analyst in 2023, Riley works closely with Steven Rowles and covers trading, cash management, portfolio allocation, and attribution analysis, while assisting with client requests and business development activities. Before joining GCA, Riley was a professional hockey player and spent three years overseas playing in France.

Riley has recently completed the Canadian Securities Course, Investment Management Techniques, and Portfolio Management Techniques courses towards his pending CIM^® designation. In 2019, he graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Finance and was also a member of the UBC Varsity Men’s Hockey team during his time there.
